Net2Printer is a new technology, and we therefore have the opportunity
to avoid the problems of spam and junk mail. Our software has been engineered to do just
that. Net2Printer allows you to receive documents from only those to whom
you have provided consent.
Net2Printer’s recipient software is based upon the “white list” concept.
This means that only those whom you have added to your Net2Printer ID Book have the authority
to send you documents. Each Net2Printer document directed to your unique
Net2Printer address is screened against your Net2Printer ID Book. Only those
documents received from those in your Net2Printer ID Book are received by your Net2Printer
recipient software. This eliminates the possibility of receiving spam and junk mail.
Further, others are discouraged from sending such correspondence as they bear the charge
of sending the document to unauthorized addresses.
New entries are added to your Net2Printer ID Book only upon your consent. Additionally, the
delivery options of each new entry may be configured to meet your needs. Net2Printer
has been developed with the convenience of our customers in mind. You can enjoy the
benefits of Net2Printer without having to worry about the nuisance of junk mail.
