Unable to connect to the Printer Service

If the Net2Printer RDP software is unable to connect to the Printer Service, the following message will be displayed in the system tray on the terminal server when you place your mouse over the Net2Printer RDP system tray icon::



To troubleshoot this error, go to Start | Programs | Net2Printer RDP | Services | Configure Services. The following dialog will be displayed:



If the PROCESS column does not show the service to be RUNNING, as in the following dialog:



Highlight the License Service and click the Start Service button:
