Troubleshooting The status of the Net2Printer RDP system tray icon will help determine the cause of any problems you may be experience with the Net2Printer RDP 1.11 Client software. Below is a list of the various system tray icons and what they indicate: Client System Tray Icons Operating normally: This icon indicates the Net2Printer RDP software is running properly. Client Disconnected: This icon indicates one of the following issues: 1. The RDP session has been disconnected or the RDP application is open but not connected to a server 2. There is a problem with either the Printer Service or the Licensing Service on the Terminal Server. Please see Server System Tray Icons below and contact your Network Administrator if you experience this situation. Server System Tray Icons Operating normally: This icon indicates the Net2Printer RDP software is running properly. Number of Licenses exceeded: This icon indicates the number Net2Printer RDP licenses has been exceeded. Printer Service not Available: This icon indicates the Net2Printer RDP Printer Service is not running or is unavailable. License Service not Available: This icon indicates the Net2Printer RDP License Service is not running or is unavailable. If you experience any of the above icons in your RDP sessions, please contact your Network Administrator if you experience this situation. |
